1. DO I NEED A VISA?

International participants are advised to check the latest visa requirements before travelling to New Zealand. All visitors to NZ require a visa. Please apply early to avoid disappointment

2. INVITATION LETTER

​

The MAG Scholar Conference Secretariat can issue an official Invitation Letter to support participants' visa applications and institutional travel approvals.

​

Invitation Letters will be issued only after:

• Acceptance of the submitted abstract/paper
• Completion of conference registration
• Confirmation of registration payment

​

To request an Invitation Letter, please email the Conference Secretariat and provide the following information:

• Full Name (as shown on passport)
• Affiliation / Institution
• Country of Residence
• Passport Number
• Paper Title
• Paper ID (if applicable)
