Prof. T. Ramayah
T. Ramayah is a Professor of Technology Management at the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has an impressive h-index of 120 and 57,851 citations in Google Scholar, an i-10 index of 566, an h-index of 70 with 18,925 citations in SCOPUS, and an h-index of 57 with 12,179 citations in ISI/Clarivate. He teaches courses in Statistics, Operations Management, Research Methods, Forecasting, and Computer Literacy at the undergraduate level. He has presented numerous papers at local and international conferences, winning five “Best Paper” awards.

Prof. Dr. Hiram Ting is the Editor-in-Chief of Young Consumers (Scopus Q1), the Asian Journal of Business Research (Scopus Q2), and the Journal of Applied Structural Equation Modeling (Scopus Q1). He also serves on the Editorial Boards of leading journals, including the International Journal of Tourism Research (SSCI & Scopus Q1), Journal of Consumer Behaviour (SSCI & Scopus Q1), and Tourism Geographies (SSCI & Scopus Q1). As the East Asia Ambassador for Emerald Publishing, he actively contributes to advancing scholarly communication. Stanford University and Elsevier recognize his impact by ranking him among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in Business, Management, and Marketing.
Dr. Widya Paramita
Widya Paramita is a researcher and lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada. She has published her works in various reputable journals such as Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, International Journal of Hospitality Management, among others. She has been awarded the best publication in social science from Universitas Gadjah Mada. She also serves as the EIC of Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business (Scopus Q3) and reviewers in several reputable journals.
