
Indonesia Visa Regulations & Entry Requirements
1. DO I NEED A VISA?
International participants are advised to check the latest visa requirements before travelling to Indonesia.
Indonesia offers several entry schemes for foreign visitors, including:
• Visa Exemption (for eligible countries)
• Visa on Arrival (VoA)
• Electronic Visa (e-Visa)
• Visit Visa (B1/B211A and other applicable visa categories)
Visa regulations may vary depending on nationality and purpose of visit. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult the official Indonesian Immigration website or the nearest Indonesian Embassy/Consulate in their country before making travel arrangements.

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa and ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations.
2. INVITATION LETTER
The MAG Scholar Conference Secretariat can issue an official Invitation Letter to support participants' visa applications and institutional travel approvals.
Invitation Letters will be issued only after:
• Acceptance of the submitted abstract/paper
• Completion of conference registration
• Confirmation of registration payment
To request an Invitation Letter, please email the Conference Secretariat and provide the following information:
• Full Name (as shown on passport)
• Affiliation / Institution
• Country of Residence
• Passport Number
• Paper Title
• Paper ID (if applicable)
